1Overview and Scope

Offload USA, Inc. ("Offload," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use the Offload website at offloadusa.com, our mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

This Policy applies to all users of our Services, including customers who place laundry orders, visitors who browse our website, and any other individuals who interact with us. It does not apply to our Laundry Partners (independent contractors who provide laundry and delivery services), who are subject to separate agreements.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Laundry Partners

To fulfill your orders, we share relevant order information with your assigned Laundry Partner, including:

Laundry Partners are not permitted to use this information for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. They are prohibited from contacting you after order completion without your consent.

Business Transfers

If Offload is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via email or a prominent notice in the app, and you will have the opportunity to close your account if you object to the transfer.

Aggregated and De-identified Data

We may share aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you with partners, researchers, or the public for business, research, or marketing purposes.

5Data Security

Offload implements technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Our security measures include:

No security system is impenetrable. While we use industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and applicable regulatory authorities as required by law.

Right to Access

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. We will provide this information within 30 days of a verified request.

Right to Correction

You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information. You can update most account information directly in the app settings.

Right to Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal information. We will delete your data as requested, subject to certain exceptions where retention is required by law, for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements), or for security purposes. Note that deleting your account will result in loss of all order history, preferences, and loyalty rewards.

Right to Opt Out of Marketing

You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, or by updating your notification preferences in the app. You may opt out of promotional SMS by replying STOP to any marketing text message. You will continue to receive transactional messages related to your orders and account.

Right to Opt Out of Targeted Advertising

You may opt out of targeted advertising based on your use of our Services. See Section 7 (Cookies and Tracking) for details on managing your advertising preferences.

Right to Data Portability

Upon request, we will provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (e.g., CSV).

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. You will not receive lower quality service, higher prices, or denial of services for exercising your rights.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Submit privacy rights requests to privacy@offloadusa.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within 30 days (or 45 days for complex requests, with notice of the extension).

Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Services. You can also use browser tools such as the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on or platform-specific privacy settings to limit analytics tracking.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Our Services do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. However, we honor opt-out requests submitted through our privacy rights process above.

Mobile App Tracking

Our mobile app may use device identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Android's Advertising ID) for analytics and advertising purposes. You can limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).

8Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We require all users to be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@offloadusa.com. We will promptly investigate and delete any such information from our systems.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly use, share, or retain personal information from children under 13.

9Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and comply with our legal obligations. Specific retention periods:

After the applicable retention period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information. If deletion is not possible (e.g., due to backup storage), we will isolate it from further processing until deletion is feasible.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated or controlled by Offload. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our platform.

11State-Specific Privacy Rights

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

To exercise California rights, email privacy@offloadusa.com with subject "CCPA Privacy Request." You may also designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We will verify the identity of requestors before fulfilling requests.

Categories of information collected in the past 12 months: Identifiers, commercial information (order records), internet/network activity, geolocation data, and inferences drawn from the above to create user profiles. See Section 2 for details.

New York Residents

Offload complies with the New York SHIELD Act and applicable New York data security and breach notification requirements. In the event of a data breach affecting New York residents, we will notify you and the New York Attorney General as required by law.

Other U.S. State Privacy Laws

Residents of Virginia (CDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Texas (TDPSA), and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may also have rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing of their personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@offloadusa.com. We will process requests in accordance with applicable law for your state of residence.

12Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
