I agree to follow Offload's quality standards: clean folding, proper sorting, hot/cold/delicate cycles per customer preference, photo documentation at intake and packing, and resolution of any weight discrepancies within 24h.

I understand Offload's revenue share: customers pay $1.49/lb retail; partners receive $1.00/lb (after delivery + payment fees). Payouts are recorded weekly; automatic direct deposit via Stripe Connect is rolling out and early partners are paid by ACH/check until enrollment opens. Pricing structure may change with notice.
